This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Brian Caldwell at AutoSmart, and quite frankly I would not consider ever going anywhere else. AutoSmart's service is exceptional and the attention to detail is beyond anything that I have experienced anywhere else. They find the vehicle you are looking for and when you take possession the car is as close to perfect as it can be. Their goal is total customer satisfaction and they will not accept anything less. Highly recommend using AutoSmart!
I know people who swear by AutoSmart when purchasing their cars, so when it was time for me to buy a new car; I decided to use their services. I met with Brian, and asked for his help in finding my new car. I was particularly interested in a specific model that was somewhat hard to find. Many times, hard to find means a limited choice, and not much of a chance to negotiate on the asking price. Brian went to work, and found the car that I was looking for with the options I wanted, at a price I could not believe. Once I decided to purchase the car, AutoSmart got the paperwork processed for me through the dealership, and when I showed up, it took me about 20 minutes from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I drove my new car off the lot. Having such a positive experience, I had AutoSmart sell my used car instead of trading it in. Again, they handled it all, from determining the asking price, advertising the car, answering calls and email inquiries, and meeting with potential buyers of my car. The car sold in no time at all. I would highly recommend using Autosmart for your next vehicle purchase.

Let me tell you that AUTOSMART is absolutely the best way to go. I can't begin to tell you how much easier the buying process was, plus the overall cost savings vs buying a car from a traditional dealer. Having purchased many, many cars over the years from many, many dealers, I can honestly say that I will NEVER purchase another vehicle the old way ever again. Brian at AUTOSMART did all the work for us! We got the best price, best tax rate, and best financing...I know this because I do painstaking research for every car I buy. It takes me 1-2 months typically because of my determination to get the best deal. Yes, I know I'm a bit crazy to do that, but its just how I've always been. If you're unsure about it, I strongly suggest you call Brian at AUTOSMART and at the very least hear what he has to say. I took a chance on a type service I've never used before, and it was a home run. When you buy a car you want an advocate on YOUR side of the deal. The dealerships only want to maximize thier profits....at your expense. You wouldn\'t buy a house without a Realtor negotiating on your behalf, or go into court without an attorney, so why buy a car from a dealer without representation? AUTOSMART....PERIOD

Extremely Happy!

Pleasant Experience
I've known Brian for many years and purchased vehicles from his past Chevy dealers where he worked. He is one of the most knowledgeable industry guys you can know and I'm happy to say I now own an Autosmart vehicle. He found me the exact vehicle I was looking for, a used Tahoe, and at the price I needed. When I took delivery I could not believe how clean and immaculate they were able to make a 10 year old car. I have received many compliments on the vehicle, most of them being I can't believe it's 10 years old.
